Billy joined OEG in 2023 leading the business development, sales and tendering team as Development Director. With OEG establishing itself as a key part of the energy transition and a leading company in the renewables sector, Billy is tasked with securing project opportunities and nurturing stakeholder relationships.
Before joining OEG, Billy held the position of Managing Director at Manor Renewable Energy (MRE). Throughout his career at MRE, Billy successfully secured significant temporary power project opportunities and contributed to the expansion of the company's global presence.
Billy has over 20 years of experience within the marine civils, ports and renewables sectors.

Leif Cooper
Leif Cooper, Marine Director for OEG’s marine division, is responsible for OEG’s fleet of 16 wind farm support vessels.
With a background as a vessel Master, Leif has been working in the offshore renewables sector since 2008. Prior to his role with OEG he held the role of Operations Director for MRE from 2018 and previously worked for E.on, RWE, Scottish Power Renewables, and SSE, providing offshore construction management for various scopes such as foundation, substation, and WTG installation.
Based in OEGR's Portland office, Leif also oversees fleet maintenance and new vessel acquisition.

Rolf de Vries
Rolf leads OEG’s subsea division as Subsea Director, where he plays a critical role in driving the company’s growth strategy within the subsea renewables services market, guiding the development of specialised services tailored to the unique challenges of subsea operations, positioning the company to capitalise on emerging opportunities in the renewables sector and ensure OEG remains a leader in this competitive field
With over 26 years of experience in the subsea and maritime industry, Rolf spent 15 years’ as managing director of a diving, ROV and topside company, and held various engineering and commercial management roles before joining Heerema Marine Contractors as procurement manager.
In 2009 Rolf founded Bluestream Offshore with fellow shareholders which he helped grow into a well-recognized subsea service company. Bluestream was acquired in 2023 by OEG.
Rolf started his career at Royal IHC after graduating from Delft University in offshore and dredging engineering.

Middle East
Chris Kleinhans
As Regional Director for OEG Middle East, Chris oversees our evolution in the region, introducing new services and products that drive regional growth aligned with our Group strategy.
Chris brings a wealth of knowledge of the Middle East market, including 15 years of equipment rental expertise across multiple segments, six concentrating on Qatar and the Eastern province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His experience in the provision of niche and specialised mechanical and non-mechanical equipment spans key sectors including oil & gas, construction and infrastructure.
Prior to OEG, Chris held a key role within Ferguson Seacabs, from October 2016 until the company was acquired by OEG in 2020.

Clive Hoskisson
Clive Hoskisson is Managing Director for OEG's logistics equipment division in the UK. His diverse background includes commercial management, financial sales, and broad oil & gas industry experience.
Clive held the role of Managing Director at Harran, a leading offshore aviation and tank rental company, from 2017 until its acquisition by OEG in 2019. Prior to this, he represented OEG as an agent as part of a collaborative project for Perenco in Great Yarmouth.
Clive is a veteran of the Armed Forces having served in the Royal Navy Submarine Service.

Garett Gauthier
As Regional Director for OEG’s logistics equipment division in North America, Garett plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s operations and strategic initiatives across the region. Garett’s leadership focuses on forging strong partnerships, refining operational efficiency, and tailoring solutions to meet the unique demands of the North American market. His proactive approach ensures that OEG remains at the forefront of the logistics equipment industry in this dynamic region.

Jens Petter Broch
Jens, Regional Director for OEG’s logistics equipment division in Scandinavia, leads regional operations, introducing new services and products to drive growth in line with Group strategy.
With over 30-years in the offshore sector Jens gained industry experience as a Project Manager with Norsk Hydro and played a pivotal role in the development of Norway-based sales and rental businesses Euro Offshore and Modex.
As Regional Director for Europe, his strategic vision and leadership drove innovation and operational excellence in Modex Energy before its acquisition by OEG in 2021.

John Aw
John joined OEG in July 2009 and established Singapore as the headquarters in Asia Pacific. In his role as Regional Director for OEG’s logistics equipment division he is responsible for the expansion of OEG’s business in the region, in alignment with OEG's growth strategy.
John has been instrumental in building strong partnerships with customers, ensuring that OEG’s logistics equipment division adapts to the unique needs of this diverse market while exploring new market opportunities to drive operational excellence and innovation within OEG’s logistics equipment division globally.
John studied in the United States, graduating in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in International Business.

Kevin Saroop
As Regional Director for the Caribbean, Kevin is responsible for business activities in the Latin America region.
Under Kevin's leadership, OEG has expanded its access to new markets in Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Suriname, and Colombia, enhancing access to our fleet of products for customers in the region.
With over 23 years of experience in the offshore energy sector, Kevin joined OEG in 2013. His expertise across logistics, freight management, asset integrity, and business development has helped to drive the company’s success.

Kevin Wu
Kevin joined OEG in 2022 and has extensive experience in submarine cable engineering and construction operations. His previous positions include Senior Operations Manager, Head of Commercial, and Country Manager for UK-based offshore wind companies.
Kevin holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the National Taiwan University and has authored "The Integrated Plan of Taiwan’s Ports Development (2017~2021)" for the Ministry of Transportation & Communication (MOTC).
Currently, he serves as the Vice Chairperson for the Submarine Cable and Pipeline Affairs Committee in the Taiwan Wind Energy Association and as the Secretary General for the National Marine Engineering Association.

Patrick Hanna
Patrick is the National General Manager, for OEG’s logistics equipment division in Australia and New Zealand, responsible for overseeing the business management, performance, and implementation of OEG's strategy in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and the wider Oceania region.
He has over 25 years of experience operating various privately owned local and international businesses including 4 years at BP Australia's downstream business in Melbourne and Sydney.
Patrick joined OEG in 2014 following the acquisition of Australian businesses Oilfield Resource Rentals Pty Ltd and Offshore Cryogenic Solutions Pty Ltd. He holds qualifications in commerce, banking, and management, including a Bachelor of Commerce, a postgraduate Diploma in Finance and Investment, and a Diploma in Business Management.

Ramon Souza
As General Manager for OEG’s logistics equipment division in Brazil, Ramon is responsible for growing the business by implementing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing market presence, strengthening local partnerships and identifying opportunities for innovation and operational advancements.
He joined OEG in 2017 in the role of Operations Manager before being promoted to his current role in 2022. Under Ramon’s leadership, the business has expanded its market presence by focusing on tailored solutions that address the unique challenges of the region. Ramon has successfully steered initiatives aimed at optimising efficiency and strengthening stakeholder relationships. enhancing the company’s reputation in the local market as a trusted partner.
Ramon has 20 years of experience in oil & gas overseeing operations, maintenance and business development. He graduated in Business Administration with an MBA in Project Management.

Rob Goodall
As Vice President overseeing Africa, Caspian, and Europe for OEG’s logistics equipment division, Rob plays a crucial role in steering the company’s trading activities across these diverse and strategically significant regions.
Rob is responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the availability of services that meet the unique demands of each market. His reliable and customer-focused approach has been instrumental in strengthening OEG’s position across emerging markets where OEG can deliver tailored solutions that align with the company’s long-term objectives.
Rob joined OEG in July 2012 as VP International Business Development, prior to his current position. He has more than 30 years’ international experience in senior positions within the marine asset market, including the UK and the USA.

Thomas Lynch
Thomas joined OEG in July 2024.
Prior to joining OEG, Thomas was the Managing Director (North America) for Axess Offshore Wind where he was responsible for driving growth and diversification of their offshore wind services and solutions in the region.
Before working at Axess Offshore Wind, Thomas worked with Eversource Energy providing engineering coordination for grid inter connection for the Vineyard offshore wind farm, the US’s first utility scale offshore wind project.
