 Mark Ritchie serves as General Manager for the Western Hemisphere within OEG’s Well Completions business line. He joined the organisation through the acquisition of BlueManta, bringing extensive operational leadership experience and a strong track record of driving growth and performance across global energy markets. 

Beau Robins is the General Manager of OEG’s Well Completions and Modular business lines, bringing over 20 years of industry experience. Since joining Blue Manta in 2010 as a Sales and Service Engineer, he has progressed through key leadership roles, including Operations Manager and General Manager of Blue Manta Asia, contributing significantly to growth across Australia and Asia.

Following OEG’s acquisition of Blue Manta in 2021, Beau took on leadership of both divisions and now supports the wider Asia Pacific team in expanding the Blue Manta brand across the region. Known for his strategic mindset, commitment to safety and quality, and ability to lead high‑performing teams, Beau remains focused on delivering innovative, client‑focused solutions within the offshore energy sector. 

Karin Walker is the Rentals and Logistics Manager within OEG’s Well Completions and Modular business line (BlueManta). She oversees equipment rental operations, logistics coordination, and service delivery, ensuring efficient support for customers across the division.

Donald Fraser leads engineering for OEG’s Well completion service line (BlueManta), specialising in the design and delivery of well completion equipment for offshore operations. He oversees technical development, ensures equipment integrity and performance, and drives continuous improvement to support safe, reliable, and efficient well completion solutions across global projects.

Zander Burnett oversees day‑to‑day operations for OEG’s Well completion service line (BlueManta), managing the delivery, maintenance, and deployment of well completion equipment for offshore projects. He ensures operational efficiency, equipment readiness, and safe execution across all activities, while coordinating closely with clients and engineering teams to support reliable, high‑quality well completion solutions.

 Cory is an experienced operations leader with 18 years in the energy sector and a strong mechanical background in drilling tools, well completions, and associated equipment. After building extensive expertise across a broad range of drilling products, he joined Blue Manta, now part of OEG, in 2022 and oversees the company's well completions and modular product portfolio.

As Operations Manager for OEG's Perth, Western Australia branch, Cory provides technical guidance to clients, supporting equipment selection for drilling and completion campaigns. He also leads the engineering and service departments, driving operational performance, team development, and the delivery of safe, reliable, and high-quality services across the energy sector. 

Øystein Einrem is the Operations Manager for OEG’s Well Completions (BlueManta) division in Norway. He oversees day to day operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery across regional projects. Since 2022, he has been an integral part of the Well Completions (Blue Manta) team, strengthening and expanding relationships across the country.

As Executive Vice President of Product Development and Strategy for OEG, Chris Leonard plays a pivotal role in driving business growth, introducing innovative products, and expanding the company’s market share.

Chris’s leadership is centred on identifying emerging opportunities, fostering product innovation, and building strategies that position OEG at the forefront of its industries. His forward-looking approach continues to enhance OEG’s competitive edge and accelerate growth across multiple sectors.

Harris joined OEG in 2019 and is based in Malaysia. He is responsible for Asia Pacific Sales & Commercial portfolio with 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.

His career started with an international oilfield services companies (Drilling, Completion & Well Intervention) for offshore energy sector with multiple roles includes operation & commercial.

Harris holds a 1^st Class Honor Bachelor of Electrical Electronics Engineering from University of Surrey, United Kingdom and MSc Petroleum Engineering from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh.

As Regional Director for the Caribbean, Kevin is responsible for business activities in the Latin America region.

Under Kevin's leadership, OEG has expanded its access to new markets in Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Suriname, and Colombia, enhancing access to our fleet of products for customers in the region.

With over 23 years of experience in the offshore energy sector, Kevin joined OEG in 2013. His expertise across logistics, freight management, asset integrity, and business development has helped to drive the company’s success.

As Regional Director for OEG Middle East, Chris oversees our evolution in the region, introducing new services and products that drive regional growth aligned with our Group strategy.

Chris brings a wealth of knowledge of the Middle East market, including 15 years of equipment rental expertise across multiple segments, six concentrating on Qatar and the Eastern province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His experience in the provision of niche and specialised mechanical and non-mechanical equipment spans key sectors including oil & gas, construction and infrastructure.

Prior to OEG, Chris held a key role within Ferguson Seacabs, from October 2016 until the company was acquired by OEG in 2020.

As General Manager for OEG’s logistics equipment division in Brazil, Ramon is responsible for growing the business by implementing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing market presence, strengthening local partnerships and identifying opportunities for innovation and operational advancements.

He joined OEG in 2017 in the role of Operations Manager before being promoted to his current role in 2022. Under Ramon’s leadership, the business has expanded its market presence by focusing on tailored solutions that address the unique challenges of the region. Ramon has successfully steered initiatives aimed at optimising efficiency and strengthening stakeholder relationships. enhancing the company’s reputation in the local market as a trusted partner.

Ramon has 20 years of experience in oil & gas overseeing operations, maintenance and business development. He graduated in Business Administration with an MBA in Project Management.
