Welding services

OEG provides fabrication and welding services from a fully equipped 5,000m² workshop, supporting offshore and onshore oil and gas projects. Our coded welders fabricate stainless steel, mild steel and sheet metal to customer specifications, with work carried out in line with DNV and EN-12079 standards. Supported by CAD design and engineering expertise, we deliver high-quality, compliant fabrication solutions for critical offshore applications.

Maintenance and calibration

High-pressure equipment servicing and calibration

OEG provides certified calibration and repair services for mechanical, electrical and pressure equipment, including high-pressure pump systems, air systems and hydraulic systems. Our technicians deliver traceable calibration to national standards, 24-hour call-out support in the Aberdeen area, calibration equipment supply and workforce training.

Fluid flushing and analysis

Certified flushing and contamination analysis for offshore hydraulic and fluid systems

OEG delivers certified fluid flushing and contamination analysis for offshore and onshore oil and gas equipment. Our trained technicians flush systems and certify contamination levels to NAS 1638 and ISO 4406 standards, using patch testing, binocular microscopy and automatic particle counting to verify fluid cleanliness.

OEG offers machine shop services for offshore and onshore oil and gas projects. Our 400m² engineering workshop is fully equipped for precision turning, milling and slotting, supporting bespoke fabrication, repair and component manufacturing. With CNC milling, CNC lathe and precision tooling capabilities, our experienced team delivers accurate, high-quality machining solutions for critical offshore applications.
