Sheave wheels

OEG’s DNV‑certified Well completion (BlueManta) sheave wheels safely guide control lines and hoses from the spooling unit into the well. Built for demanding offshore environments, they are tested in accordance with DNV 2.22 and Lloyd’s Code for Lifting Appliances in a Marine Environment (CLAME).

Available for rental in single, dual, and triple line horseshoe configurations, these robust sheave wheels support safe, efficient control line deployment across well completions, interventions, workovers and decommissioning. Rollers can be manufactured to suit various control line or hose sizes, with each unit supplied with keeper wheels, gate access, swivels, safety lines and a safety shackle.
