Four line out test pump
OEG’s Well completion (BlueManta) portable pressure test units support safe, efficient pressure testing across a range of offshore applications. Built for demanding offshore environments, they are available in various sizes and pressure ratings, with air-driven liquid pumps capable of handling various pressures, volumes and fluids.
Available for rental as standalone pressure test units, or with circular chart recorders and digital recording devices incorporated, these robust units support reliable testing across well completions, interventions, workovers and decommissioning. Each unit is supplied piped and mounted within a boxed-section stainless steel frame with a colour-coded mimic panel, with additional pressure test equipment available including high-pressure hoses and manifolds.

- NPT or Autoclave outlet complete with gauge and manually adjusted pressure relief valve
- Pressure release valve included in system set to 9,500 psi (adjustable)
- Precise air regulator for pressure control
- Four outlets, individually controlled and isolated
- Pressure can be returned to tank or to returns measuring beaker
- Connection for attachment of auxiliary equipment, i.e. data logger / chart recorder
- Separate fluid tank assembly, linked by suitable hose attachments, or can be direct fed
