Core purpose

To ensure that all operational and certification-related administrative duties are completed accurately and on time, in full compliance with OEG’s health, safety, and quality processes, procedures, and policies.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities

Inspect units and determine the required inspections.
-
Send inspection requests to the appropriate parties.
-
Follow up with inspectors to ensure timely completion of all inspections and submission of required documentation.

Validate inspection certifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Update and maintain unit folders on the OEG server to ensure accurate and organised records.

Assign GPS tags to units and update and maintain GPS systems to ensure accurate tracking.

Update and maintain the CSAM system to ensure accurate and current records.

Send certificates to customers promptly, updating client SharePoint folders or relevant software as required.

Generate and send Consignment GPS Reports.

Update and maintain the inspection certificate register.

Update and maintain inspection status reports.
-
Update and maintain the inventory tracking report.
-
Prepare and submit monthly inspection reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Design and generate additional operational reports as required.

Carry out all duties in accordance with agreed processes, procedures, and company standards.

Identify any breaches of established processes and escalate them appropriately.

Complete all work to a high standard within agreed timescales, ensuring OEG deadlines are consistently met.

Notify the supervisor or manager of any missing materials or information required to ensure work is completed within agreed timescales.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, providing support as needed to achieve team objectives.

Consistently comply with all health, safety, and quality procedures and processes.

QHSE responsibilities
To have a general understanding of the areas of our QHSE Management System and OEG’s QHSE aims and objectives that are relevant to the role.
Comply with the requirements of OEG Energy Group Policies and the responsibilities within the wider QHSE Management System.

Skills and experiences
-
Minimum of one year’s experience, preferably in the oil and gas or container industry is preferred but not essential.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

Demonstrates punctuality, maintains an excellent attendance record, and follows instructions accurately and reliably.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Preference will be given to qualified local Trinidadian Nationals.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of a Diploma in Operations, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field of study.
