Control room
Managing the transition from a construction site to an operating asset and subsequently to the new operating owner requires a complex range of stakeholders to be managed. Our knowledge and experience enable both a smooth transition between lifecycle stages and ensure optimal performance of the asset.
Our services include managing work on the asset, training and developing the team, performing BoP electrical asset maintenance, implementing special projects, and managing and staffing our 24/7 monitoring and operations control room.
