Packaged well completion solutions

BlueManta completion load-out kits provide all the necessary equipment for deploying various lines, such as control lines, ESP cables, and electric lines. Depending on your needs, these kits can include workshop containers, spooling units, sheave wheels, pressure test equipment, high-pressure pump units, and other accessories.

Spooling units

BlueManta spooling units are designed to run control lines into wells by applying back tension, preventing the spool from unwinding freely and ensuring the line stays tight. These units are built to meet DNV 2.7-1 and EN12079 standards and are fully protected to comply with PUWER Regulations.

Sheave wheels

BlueManta sheave wheels guide control lines from spooling units into wells. They meet DNV and Lloyds standards and fit different line sizes. Key features include keeper wheels, gate access, swivels, safety lines, and shackles. For complex offshore setups, our spreader beams can hold up to five sheave wheels, boosting productivity while meeting strict offshore standards.

High pressure equipment

BlueManta portable pressure test units are available in various sizes and pressure levels. These air-driven units can manage different pressures, volumes, and fluids. You can choose them as standalone units, with a circular chart recorder, or with a digital recording device.

Gas lift valve set-up

BlueManta gas lift valve set-up labs can be installed in workshops or portable offshore containers, ensuring a clean space for testing and setting up gas lift valves. Key features include valve dome charging, an ager unit with a 10k high-pressure pump, and a thermostat-controlled bath.

Logistics equipment

BlueManta logistics equipment ensures the safe transport of pressure test gear and completion kits offshore. Our units come in various sizes and specifications to suit different customer needs, whether for lighter loads or heavier equipment.
