OEG appoints Integrated Projects Director for its renewables business
OEG is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Bailey as Integrated Projects Director, a newly created leadership role within our renewables business.

Mike takes on the role from his current position as Operations Director within our Subsea division, bringing extensive operational experience, strong leadership credentials, and a proven track record of delivering for our customers. This appointment reflects OEG's continued commitment to strengthening collaboration across our renewables business as we expand our integrated service offering and support the growing needs of our clients.
In this role, Mike will lead the development and delivery of integrated projects and solutions across our renewables segment, working closely with operational, commercial, and business development teams to drive collaboration, maximise opportunities across our service lines, and deliver greater value for our customers. He will also be responsible for strengthening regional operational capabilities across the UK, Europe, USA, Asia, and future international renewable energy markets, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and high-performing approach to service delivery.
In addition, Mike will have overall responsibility for OEG’s Training Centre, working closely with the training team to support the continued growth of the business and its position as a leading provider of training and workforce development solutions for the wind energy sector. He will help drive initiatives that support industry skills development, reskilling, and workforce readiness, while also playing a key role in advancing specialist technical services and strategic integration initiatives.
This appointment represents an important step in our strategy to deliver more integrated solutions for our customers, strengthen operational alignment across the business, and support OEG's continued growth in global renewable energy markets.
