OEG Brazil secures six-year contract to supply offshore chemical tanks
OEG Brazil has secured a long-term six-year rental and service contract with a global industrial chemicals company to support its offshore operations in Brazil.
OEG's new 24,000 m² facility in Macaé features a 3,000 m² workshop designed for the advanced servicing and repair of CCUs and tanks
Under the contract, OEG will supply offshore chemical tank units certified to recognised international standards, including DNV 2.7-1, ISO 10855 and IMO 860. The scope also includes a range of essential support services, including frame and sling recertification, tank cleaning, leak testing and hydrostatic testing.
Through this integrated rental and service model, OEG will manage the maintenance, inspection and certification requirements for the tank units, supporting safe and reliable offshore operations.
