Joel Horsley

Joel Horsley is a senior commercial leader in the offshore energy sector, currently serving as the National Commercial Manager for Australia & New Zealand at OEG. With over a decade of industry experience, Joel is responsible for driving strategic growth, overseeing key client relationships, and delivering integrated offshore container and module solutions across the region.

Joel has led the end-to-end execution of complex projects involving the design, construction, and deployment of custom-built electrical A60-rated modules—engineered to meet the highest standards of offshore fire safety, structural integrity, and operational performance. He also brings specialized expertise in chemical handling logistics, delivering safe, compliant solutions for the storage and transport of hazardous materials in high-risk offshore environments.

Prior to joining OEG, Joel held senior roles with Ferguson Group Australia, contributing to major regional expansion efforts and modular infrastructure development for offshore operations.

Based in Perth, Western Australia, Joel is known for combining technical depth with commercial insight—providing clients with reliable, compliant, and innovative equipment solutions that meet the evolving demands of the energy and resources sectors.
